OMAC offers a range of Ladies fitness classes which are enjoyed by all ages. Currently we offer Circuit/Metafit, Kickboxing, Sets & Reps, Step Up, Bootylicious and Cross Training. Ladies get to train within their own privacy in a male-free zone.

Ladies enjoy a fun filled and bonded environment where they can speak to their instructors and trainers about weight loss, muscle development etc. This is a great way to increase fitness, loose unwanted body fat, tone muscles and develop a healthier life style. With the assistance of our fully qualified fitness instructors all members of this program receive the maximum benefit they deserve.

Ladies Only Martial Arts (All Ages & Levels)

This program mirrors our Children’s and Adult’s programs with an emphasis on Self Defense. Girls and ladies of all ages enjoy the family environment that is offered in this class as well as learn the fundamentals of Taekwondo which then progress into perfected Martial Arts techniques. Our fully qualified Head Instructor’s follow a detailed curriculum to allow for progressive learning at each level. This program if offered in a male-free zone where ladies get to train within their own privacy.

Our Women's Fitness classes are run for 1 hour and our timetable has very flexible hours from Monday to Saturday.
