Learn new skills, get fitter, burn fat, and improve your strength through our boxing, kickboxing and strength and conditioning classes. We have sparring classes for those who want to step up their training and are looking for the opportunity fight in the ring. 

Our team of instructors are the best trainers in Australia. All of our instructors have fighting experience in the ring with Grand Master Jemal Hasan being the most dominant figure in the boxing/kickboxing over the past 42 years in the industry. 

He has raised many World Champions in kickboxing and is the first trainer/coach of Sam “KING” Soliman. He has also promoted many shows in the past and has a high reputation for his commitment and effort he has put into raising champions.
